Legal, financial, technical and commercial checks happen before anything is listed. Projects that fail don't appear.

Plans, title documents, the slot price and the project agreement are published together, so you read the same file we did.

You choose slots
Pick how many slots you want. The agreement sets out exactly what each slot entitles you to in that project.

Project gets funded
Sign the agreement online, pay by bank transfer, and we confirm your payment against the project account.

Development begins
Construction starts once the funding target is met. Until then, your commitment is held against the project.

You track progress
Milestones, site photos, documents and every status change arrive in your dashboard and by email.
