Vision West 1st Concept processes personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your rights.
What we collect
- Account details: name, email, phone, address, next of kin and payout bank account.
- Identity documents you upload for verification. We keep only the last four digits of ID numbers.
- Investment records: reservations, signed agreements, payment receipts and status history.
- Signature evidence: your drawn signature, typed name, time, IP address and device.
Why we use it
- To open and secure your account and verify your identity.
- To process investments and send you updates about them.
- To meet legal, tax and anti-money-laundering obligations.
Who sees it
Our authorised staff, and service providers who host our systems and send email for us, under contracts that protect your data. We do not sell personal data.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, or object to how we use it, by writing to hello@visionwest1stconcept.com. Some records must be kept for legal reasons after an account closes.
