Terms of use

These terms apply when you use the Vision West 1st Concept website and dashboard. Each investment is also governed by its own project agreement, which takes priority for that investment.

Your account

• You must be 18 or over and give accurate information, including for identity checks.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• We may suspend accounts that give false information or misuse the platform.

Reservations and payments

• Reserving slots holds them for a limited time while you sign and pay. Unpaid reservations expire.
• Pay only to the project account shown in your dashboard, using your investment reference.
• An investment becomes active only when we confirm your payment.
• You can cancel free of charge before your payment is confirmed.

Electronic signatures

You agree that signing online, as recorded by the platform, is your signature, as recognised by the Evidence Act 2011.

Liability

We verify projects carefully but cannot guarantee their outcome. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Nigerian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
